Larry Gomez lives in the DC area where he enjoys painting landscape and abstract works influenced by his surroundings. His favorite theme is forest interiors.

His study of philosophy has influenced his approach to painting. If there is an underlying current in his work it is an exploration of our inner life and its relationship to the external world.
